Proud veterans in business like the waltons
Our collaborations with major retailers like Walmart and Sam's Club align with our mission to bring presidential-level culinary experiences and food to a broader audience, not just at White House State Dinners. The Mongiellos served 36 years total and are injured and disabled veterans. Chef Marti served in the war zones of the DMZ in Korea, during Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Operation Southern Watch, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom with boots in the sand. Marti has two Congressional Medal of Honor cousins, First Lieutenant Dwite H. Schaffner and Sergeant Joseph Schaefer. They received the Medal of Honor for their actions during World War I and World War II. The Mongiello's believe veterans make excellent team members in any business, especially when admiring today's Waltons with honor for Bud and Sam Walton of the Navy and the Army. The Mongiello’s have 30+ family that have served in the military.
Our work includes full layouts and food sales in Sam's Clubs & Walmart nationwide, with photo shoots and layouts in Sam’s Magazine for decades. See our LIVE STAGE shows, TV, and cooking classes (reaching 167 newspapers and magazines featured in and PBS, CNN, FOX, NBC, and ABC television, including the TODAY Show and more). They first started driving Walmart sales with P&G through Bounty, Fibersure, Metamucil, Pringles, Folgers, and Dawn Soap in 2005, working LIVE ON STAGE at the largest fairs and conventions in American history, at times, with one million in attendance per day for seven straight days (see some of our world shows, conventions, etc.). They have also worked with powerful sponsors and clients for whom they have created ad content: Hershey, Facebook, Meta, AEG, IPG, Momentum Worldwide, Turkey Hill, Ore-Ida, Classico, Star Wars, Lucasfilm, Disney, and Coca-Cola. They can drive over one million per night at dinners they host for non-profits and have done so, shattering 30-year records.
