When we talk about historic renovation, building, construction, surveyors, architects, constructors, engineers, finishers, attorneys, CPAs, painters, designers, or plasterers - we are talking from a place of what we own and have built ourselves as CEOs. As project managers, we will not brag about hundreds of projects that we can't also take into profitability. You can hire plenty of companies like that who simply DO NOT OWN AND OPERATE successful resorts, museums, inns, hotels, and attractions. This is how we are different from all of the others being interviewed. "You're here to build our place? Show me what you own and its global awards and profits."

We work efficiently across digital document signing and modern presentations, including Zoom, GoogleMeet, WhatsApp, and StreamYard. We sign an initial International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and then invoice for a retainer of $4 to $40k. Next, we craft an ICC NCND and possibly further contracts to identify work and scope with Key Point Indicators and milestones for the litmus test. Our billing is simplified at $120 per hour for top-tier executives, $85 per hour for Master's Degree Directors, $55 per hour for mid-tier, and $29 per hour for local hires. We draw down on our fee agreement schedule and then request replenishment. We do not hold clients to terms or contracts and offer a simple "release at any time agreement" if they are not happy.
